    Definitely the best supermarket of the wide area. Large with so many fresh quality (own) products. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that they still haven't sorted out their queueing system at the customer service desk. It's not that difficult to put ropes there with at one side a 'no entry' logo

    The lady who served us had not put out menus, was rude and complained that she had to cook us what we ordered.
    She was short staffed and was clearly in a bad mood, but shouldn't be treating customers like that.

    Security officers could do with a customer service course, or just someone explain to them how to talk to people the right way.

    Asda you have lost a customer. These security officers are the first people shoppers see. They are a mess.
